- Developing Service oriented dashboards enabling the client to have a business-impact view of their environment
- Developing dynamic applications to monitor non-standard devices, since mcrIT works with multiple vendors and technologies
- Incorporating run book automation to send SMS alerting via a Telco API to nominated engineers when on-call after hours
